It started with a search for one great cappuccino. Today Prosecco Cafe is a scratch kitchen, espresso bar and artisan bakery at PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens, serving Mediterranean-inspired breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
All I Wanted Was a Good Cup of Coffee
It Started with a Cappuccino
After years in the restaurant business and plenty of time spent in Italy, our founder Avi got into the habit of starting every day with a creamy, authentic cappuccino. Back home, he couldn't find one that measured up.
"If you want something done right, do it yourself." So he gathered a passionate team and, in 2005, opened a small cafe built around Italian coffee from a boutique roaster in Italy. To go with it, we added an in-house bakery and a scratch kitchen stocked with the freshest ingredients we could find.
"A healthy alternative to fast food culture was our motivation, and we made the conscious decision to be a No Fry Zone, with the well-being of our guests in mind."

From Pastries to a Full Scratch Kitchen
At first, the menu was fresh-baked breads and pastries, all-day breakfast, salads and panini. Our guests asked for more, so we kept going: simple, wholesome dishes as good to look at as they are to eat, with gluten-friendly sides like organic quinoa and roasted sweet potatoes.
We make our pestos, roasted vegetable antipasti, braised meats and sauces in house. Our meats range from grass-fed to hormone- and antibiotic-free, and we work with local vendors for our cheeses and produce.
Palm Beach Gardens
Prosecco Cafe at PGA Commons
We brought everything we'd learned to Palm Beach Gardens with Prosecco Cafe, named after Italy's sparkling wine. Today our menu leans Mediterranean, from shakshuka and hummus bowls at brunch to mezze, branzino and lamb shank at dinner, alongside the Italian espresso that started it all.
Our team is committed to the best quality at a fair price, and our story is far from over. As our slogan has always said: "Your first cup of coffee… & much more."
